This is my gentle reminder to you.
Alchemize complaints to desires.
You are a spellcaster.
This month we are refraining from complaining.
Seal your lips.
Listen to the complaint in your mind.
Become aware of your frequent flyer complaints.
Take a look under the hood of that theme song.
Find the desire.
Declare to yourself what it is you truly want.
Let go of the thought that you can never have it.
Shake off the anger, resentment or resignation of that complaint.
Dissolve the belief that you are not deserving.
After you’ve removed all the complaining noise & clutter in your mind, you’ll find space for creativity.
Note that I said AFTER.
Only AFTER the complaint has been let go of, shaken off or dissolved can you access the alchemical process required to transmute words of complaint to words of desire.
You can spin straw into gold.
The container of marriage can provide the safety needed in this ever-changing world, to stop complaining and to cast spells for your dreams and desires.
What are you consistently complaining about?
Start there.
It may be your marriage.
Or your body.
Your children.
What is the consistent complaint?
Use awareness, acceptance and allow the thought to exist – separate from you.
Examine it with curiosity and courage.
Be with your consistent complaint.
Then convert it to a desire.
Today is the day.
Go out and practice.

Here are 5 easy suggestions:
1. Get enough sleep. Establish a bedtime routine and follow it.
2. Get outside in nature every day. Rain or shine.
3. Appreciate what is wonderful in the world. Write 3-5 things you are grateful for each day.
4. Reach out to a sister. Call her once a week – or every day. Ask how she is and what she is feeling. Give her the space to release her feelings without any judgment or fixing.
5. Treat yourself to pleasure. Dance. Take a nap. Sing out loud. Read a novel. Soak in the tub. Do anything you want – just for the pleasure of it.
