Be Seen and Heard

Hello My Sweet Peeps!
This is my gentle reminder to you.
Show up in your marriage.
Be seen and heard.

Are you experiencing any of the 4 stages of not being seen & heard in your marriage?

Stage 1 – Feeling small, humming along quietly, surviving, looking for all the ways to please your mate.
Stage 2 – A slow simmering boil in your chest, throat or head. Your partner senses the electric in the air.
Stage 3 – A F’n bomb ready to go at any infraction. One word out of your spouse’s mouth gets a whirlwind of fury.
Stage 4 – Crawling through muck in the slow & heavy blanket of guilt and remorse.

Each of these stages is a natural response to believing the cultural lie that we are not enough.

You have a fear of showing up in your marriage as all that you are: the good, the bad and the ugly.
Or you try to push your dreams far down and out of sight because you think it’s not in the cards for you.

Camouflaging who you are and muting your desires will only create further frustration.

I help my people access a new stage – an overdrive, a 5th gear of sorts.

5th Gear – content & satisfied in oneself, appreciative of companionship, affectionate and seductive. Open to receiving love and pleasure from a trusted partner.

In my Marriage Reconnect Program I take folks from people-pleasing, eggshell-walking, and flame throwing to their 5th Gear:

Fun loving. Affectionate. Zesty.

Join me in my Marriage Reconnect coaching program and I will teach you how to:

  • Let go & release pent up anger in your body so you don’t contaminate your marriage with it.
  • Create safety in your conversations with your spouse so you can communicate what needs to be said in a caring and compassionate manner and not let it accumulate.
  • Access your sensuous and sexual desires again – and share this playful side of yourself with your partner.
  • Find new avenues of joy and pleasure to add zest to your life and replenish you exhausted self.

And so much more.

Today is the day.

Take the first step.

Be seen and heard.
Show up in your marriage.

I am a relationship coach. I help people make their relationships better.

The first relationship I help my clients with is their relationship with themselves.
Treat yourself like royalty, shine the light of forgiveness & compassion on yourself, and you will find others far more loveable. Including your spouse.

“Letting Go ” is a specific module I teach within my 6-month coaching program, “Marriage Reconnect” for individuals and couples.

You deserve a loving, connected and juicy marriage.

I’d like to help you get just that.
Send me an email with your relationship questions. I promise to answer your question in one of my upcoming email newsletters.

Apply to the Marriage Reconnect Program. There are only 6 openings. One has your name on it.

If you would like help with the challenges in your relationship, schedule a free Discovery Call with me today and I promise to share at least 1 tool to help you re-connect with yourself and your spouse.

This is what my clients have to say about working with me.

If this email resonates with you, please forward this on to a friend who might benefit from it too.

Most important. Take care of you.

Here are 5 easy suggestions:
1. Get enough sleep. Establish a bedtime routine and follow it.
2. Get outside in nature every day. Rain or shine.
3. Appreciate what is wonderful in the world. Write 3-5 things you are grateful for each day.
4. Reach out to a sister. Call her once a week – or every day. Ask how she is and what she is feeling. Give her the space to release her feelings without any judgment or fixing.
5. Treat yourself to pleasure. Dance. Take a nap. Sing out loud. Read a novel. Soak in the tub. Do anything you want – just for the pleasure of it.

With all my love.
From my heart to yours.
Gail
