Married Sister Goddess Circle

A group for married Sister Goddesses who want to connect with other Goddesses and make their marriages come alive again.                           Registration opens February 12, 2024 for our Winter Circle.

Honor Your Mother

This is my gentle reminder to you.
Honor Your Mother.

Get creative.

Yesterday was Mothers’ Day.
I hope it was all you wanted it to be.
Look back and say thanks.

Honor your Mother.

The woman that gave birth to you.
Whether no longer alive, living far across the country or alive and well in the neighboring town.

Come from your heart.

In your way, with words or without words.
Express gratitude.
Without her you wouldn’t be here now.
You wouldn’t have been the YOU you are.

It’s true.
The good, bad, and the ugly.
Because of her or in resistance of her.

Be creative.
Try it on.

Thank your Mama.
Even if it is a day or a week late.

Got love to spare?

BONUS ONE:

Give thanks to all the women in your life that shared their motherly wisdom and stood as examples of the woman you chose to become.

BONUS TWO:

Appreciate the Mother you’ve been to yourself.
Whenever you needed a compassionate heart to gently rock and console you.
There you were. You wouldn’t have made it this far without being a good mother to yourself.

BONUS THREE:

Love up the Mother of us all – the Earth herself.
Get outside and give thanks for all that is alive –  growing, changing, blooming – regardless of where the seeds have landed.

Celebrate Mothers’ Day in exactly the way you desire to celebrate Mothers’ Day.
With gratitude, love and appreciation.
On Mothers’ Day.
And after Mothers’ Day.
For all our Mothers.

Today is the day.
Go out and practice.
Get creative.

Honor your Mother.

P.S. Whenever you are ready, here are two things you can do to feel better:
1. Sign up here for a free 60 minute coaching consult call and find out if coaching with me is for you.
2. Register here for my webinar, “Self-Care in Challenging Times” scheduled for Thursday, May 14 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Most important. Take care of you.

Here are 5 easy suggestions:
1. Get enough sleep. Establish a bedtime routine and follow it.

2. Get outside every day. Rain or shine. Take a walk.
3. Appreciate what is wonderful in the world. Write 3 things you are grateful for every day.
4. Get a buddy. Call them every day. Ask how they are and what they are up to. Ask them if they need anything.
5. Give yourself a pleasure treat. Pick yourself some flowers. Take a nap. Read a novel. Do anything you want – just for the  fun of it.

With all my love.,
From my heart to yours.
