Most of the time we don’t even notice that it IS there.

I’m asking you to intentionally look for it – and receive it.

The beauty that surrounds you.
A warm breeze.
The affection from your dog.
Any and all actions from your partner to make your life easier.

Receive the goodness.

It’s for you.
Take it all in. Receive it.
Just say, “YES. Thank You.”

There’s nothing you need to do to deserve it – or earn it.
It’s here for you – free of charge.
All this goodness.
Simply for your enjoyment and pleasure.

Why is “Yes. Thank You”  a critical tool in my Big & Bold program to help women stop “over-ing”?
(Over-eating.
Over-working.
Over-spending.
Over-doing?)

Because all this “over-ing” behavior is an attempt to fill that emptiness – of not enough – and to not feel the feelings behind that thought.

When we have the practice of filling ourselves with the abundance that surrounds us, we have much less of a need to fill ourselves with over-eating, over-working, over-spending and over-doing.

We actually get to BE part of the bounty that we receive.

1. Get enough sleep. Establish a bedtime routine and follow it.
2. Get outside every day. Rain or shine. Take a walk.
3. Appreciate what is wonderful in the world. Write 3 things you are grateful for every day.
4. Get a buddy. Call them every day. Ask how they are and what they are feeling. Ask them if they need anything.
5. Give yourself a pleasure treat. Pick yourself some flowers. Take a nap. Read a novel. Do anything you want – just for the fun of it.
