1. Discovery Call: Identify the One Behavior That’s Hurting Your Connection
We hop on a call and get crystal clear about the behavior you are doing that is negatively impacting your relationship — the thing that keeps the same painful pattern alive.
Together, we choose the one behavior you’re ready (and able) to shift that will create the greatest positive impact on your partnership.
2. We Co-Design Your 7-Day Sprint
Your sprint is built around your unique relational goal:
- One behavior shift
- One awareness practice
- One daily moment of choice
- One way to bring softness, respect, or connection back into your partnership
We also choose your daily coaching call time — your 30-minute anchor for the week.
3. You Commit to Your Start Date
Once you choose your start day, everything clicks into place.
You enter the week with clarity and intention.
4. Daily Support + Your Coaching Call
For seven days, you get:
- A daily 30-minute coaching call
- Unlimited text/Voxer access for support, accountability, and real-time course-correction
