Get Yourself in Alignment

This is my gentle reminder to you.
Get yourself in alignment.

Take the time for an adjustment.

Let me share my basic alignment theory:

Your thoughts, feelings and actions create your results.
They are all connected. One causes a chain reaction to the other.
Like a train of dominoes.

Your thoughts fuel your feelings.
Then your feelings generate your actions.
And your actions create your results.

T > F > A > R

Ask yourself – are your thoughts, feelings and actions in alignment with the results you want to create?
If not, you may need an adjustment.

As a life coach I teach my clients how to complete their own adjustments by using a tool I learned from my coach called “The Model”.

We use “The Model” to identify the results we have and to closely examine the thoughts, feelings and actions that created them.

The Model clarifies the result we intentionally want to create.

And then we get our thoughts, feelings and actions in alignment with the result we want.

My clients ask themselves the following questions:

What do I need to

  • DO to create the result I want?
  • FEEL to complete those actions?
  • THINK to feel that feeling?

Our thoughts, feelings, and actions create the results in our lives.
Basic alignment theory.

Sounds so simple.

Simple, yes.
Easy, no.

You need:
A clearly defined result or desire.
Courageous awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Unwavering belief that alignment works.

“Alignment” is the first module of my Big & Bold program to help women stop “over-ing”.

Over-eating.
Over-worrying.
Over-spending.
Over-procrastinating.

“Over-ing” is the action that creates the results we get when we “over”.

Results created –> Lack of intimacy, poor body image, loss of self-trust.
These are the result of the action – not the cause of the action.

The “over-ing” actions are driven by your thoughts and feelings.

Thought: I’m on my own. No one really cares about me.
Feeling: Alone.
Action: Over-eating.

In the Big & Bold Program you will learn how to:

  1. be aware of what you are thinking, feeling and doing to create the results you are getting.
  2. become your best, most caring friend and love yourself regardless.
  3. make adjustments to your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
  4. believe 100% in your new aligned thought.
  5. not give up on yourself – ever.

This is the work we do in my Big & Bold program where we stop “over-ing” and start living Big & Bold lives.

Yes, you might be able to do this on your own.

But I can get you there A LOT faster, with more playfulness and laughter, with a lot less drama – and zero will power.

I will keep you on the trail. We won’t get lost in the brambles – or forget where we’re going.

We’ve got this.
I’ve been there.
I know what works. And what doesn’t.
