This is my gentle reminder to you.
Trust the Universe.

It’s all FOR you.

The pandemic.
Jobs we dislike.
Your marriage on its last legs.
Uncertain work and school schedules.

Life is 50/50.
The good times and the bad times.

What does the Universe have in store for you?
Find the hidden gifts in what life dishes up for you.
What can you learn from this experience?

Gain strength from the hardship and loss.
Lean into the depth of your despair and pain.
Rage and cry your grief with people you trust.

Allow it all to flow through you.

If life is 50/50 and this sucks…

You know what that means?
The other half of the 50/50 is on its way!

Your hopes and dreams.
The big and the bold.
I call it big and bold because it takes guts to dream.

To want something that isn’t in your existence – yet.
Desiring something outrageous.

Something luxurious like a master bathroom with two shower heads.
Or something simple.
Like feeling calm and at peace when chocolate cake is nearby.

Trust the Universe.

Open your heart to the love that surrounds you.
You are held in the arms of the Universe.
Relax into it.

Once we trust the Universe, we can stop arguing and resisting what is so.
And only then can we learn all that is there for us from what life offers up.
What if we received it all as a gift?

Trusting the Universe is a key lesson in module three in my Big & Bold program to help women stop “over-ing”

We can’t win an argument with reality.
With what the Universe has for us.
It just is.

All this “over-ing” behavior is driven by our thoughts and feelings.

When we trust the Universe, we accept what is.
We look for the opportunity to grow and evolve.

New thought, new feeling.
Different action.

We actually get to accept what life hands us.
No matter the circumstance, we can be open and willing for the lesson.

Trust the Universe.

Do you need help to heal your hurt places?
To see that everything is FOR you?
Accepting others as they are?
To acknowledge and allow the fear, the self-doubt and the anxiety to simply pass?

Most important. Take care of you.

Here are 5 easy suggestions:
1. Get enough sleep. Establish a bedtime routine and follow it. 

2. Get outside every day. Rain or shine. Take a walk.
3. Appreciate what is wonderful in the world. Write 3 things you are grateful for every day. 
4. Get a buddy. Call them every day. Ask how they are and what they are feeling. Ask them if they need anything.
5. Give yourself a pleasure treat. Pick yourself some flowers. Take a nap. Read a novel. Do anything you want – just for the fun of it.
